Threads Insight is a Threads analytics and content management tool that helps users analyze post performance, schedule content, and manage their Threads accounts using the official Meta Threads API.

2. Permissions We Request

This application requests the following API permissions:

Threads API Permissions:

• threads_basic — Read basic profile information and posts
• threads_content_publish — Create and publish posts on behalf of the user
• threads_manage_insights — Read post metrics (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes)
• threads_manage_replies — Manage replies and create threaded replies

Instagram Permissions:

• instagram_basic — Read Instagram business account profile information (username, bio, profile image, follower count) and media (posts, reels)
• instagram_content_publish — Create and publish photos, videos, and reels to Instagram business accounts
• instagram_manage_insights — Read Instagram business account and individual media performance insights (impressions, reach, engagement)
• instagram_manage_comments — Read and reply to comments on Instagram media

Meta Ads Permissions:

• ads_read — Read Meta ads account campaign, ad set, and ad performance data
• ads_management — Create, edit, pause, and delete Meta ads campaigns

Facebook Pages Permissions:

• pages_show_list — Retrieve list of managed Facebook pages
• pages_read_engagement — Read Facebook page engagement data (impressions, fans, post performance)

Business Management:

• business_management — Manage Meta business assets (ads accounts, pages, business users)

All permissions are used solely to provide the analytics and content scheduling features described in this application. Users authorize these permissions via the official Meta OAuth flow.

3. Data We Collect

We collect the following data based on the permissions you authorize:

• Email address and password (for account creation on our platform)
• Threads account information (within the scope authorized by the user via OAuth)
• Threads post data (content, publish date/time)
• Threads insights data (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes)
• Instagram account information and media data (when authorized)
• Instagram insights data (impressions, reach, engagement)
• Meta ads account data and campaign performance (when authorized)
• Facebook page information and engagement metrics (when authorized)
• Business asset information (when authorized)
• Access logs (IP address, browser information, access date/time)

4. How We Use Your Data

• Providing, operating, and improving the service
• Displaying post performance analytics by genre and time period
• Enabling content scheduling and publishing via Threads, Instagram, and other Meta APIs
• Displaying Instagram and Meta ads performance analytics
• Displaying Facebook page engagement metrics
• Providing team-wide analytics for admin users within the same organization
• Sending service notices and important notifications
• Preventing unauthorized use and ensuring security

5. Meta APIs Data Handling

This application uses the official Meta APIs (Threads, Instagram, Meta Ads, and Facebook) to retrieve data. The scope of data retrieved is limited to permissions explicitly authorized by the user during OAuth authentication.

• Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage
• Retrieved data is used solely to provide the service features described above
• Data is never sold or provided to third parties
• Users can revoke authorization from any platform and request data deletion at any time
• Each platform's data is stored and managed separately to maintain clear authorization boundaries

6. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on Supabase (cloud database with row-level security)
• Row-level security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data
• All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher)
• Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM

7. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person
• Aggregated data shared with admin users within the same organization

8. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Revoking Threads authorization from the settings screen
• Deleting your account
• Submitting a request via our Data Deletion Request page

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete all related data within 30 days.

9. Cookies

This service uses cookies only for authentication session management. We use the minimum necessary cookies and do not use tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

4. Meta APIデータの取り扱い

• アクセストークンはAES-256-GCM方式で暗号化して保存します
• 取得したデータは本サービスの機能提供のみに使用します
• 第三者への販売・提供は行いません
• ユーザーはいつでも各プラットフォームの連携を解除し、データの削除を要求できます
• 各プラットフォームのデータは分離して管理され、認可の境界が保たれます

5. データの削除

データ削除リクエストページから申請いただくか、アカウント削除により、30日以内にすべての関連データを削除します。
