Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of all your data stored in Threads Insight.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Submitting a data deletion request will permanently remove all of the following:
- Account information (email address, profile)
- Threads connection data (access tokens)
- Collected post data
- Insights data (views, likes, replies, etc.)
- Scheduled post data
- Sync logs
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Delete from within the app
After logging in, you can revoke Threads authorization and delete your account from the settings page.
Option 2: Request by email
Send an email with your registered email address to request data deletion:

Subject: "Threads Insight Data Deletion Request"
Processing Time
We will delete all related data within 30 days of receiving your request and send a confirmation email upon completion.
Important Notes
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
- Posts on Threads itself will not be deleted — only the copies stored in our service
- Data required to be retained by law will be deleted after the legally required period
