1. About This Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Threads Insight (the "Service"), operated by PROST Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Threads Insight provides the following features via official Meta APIs:

• Automatic retrieval of Threads post data and insights (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes)
• Instagram post and insights management and analytics
• Meta ads campaign performance analytics and management
• Facebook page engagement metrics and analytics
• Post performance analytics and visualization across platforms
• Engagement analysis by genre and time period
• Team-wide analytics for administrators
• Post scheduling and automatic publishing

3. Meta APIs Usage

This Service uses official Meta APIs (Threads, Instagram, Meta Ads, and Facebook). By connecting your accounts, you authorize the Service to access data within the scope of permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time.

This Service may request the following permissions:

• Threads: threads_basic, threads_content_publish, threads_manage_insights, threads_manage_replies
• Instagram: instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights, instagram_manage_comments
• Meta Ads: ads_read, ads_management
• Facebook Pages: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement
• Business: business_management

You are not required to authorize all permissions. You may authorize only the platforms and permissions you wish to use.

4. User Accounts

• Accounts are created with an email address and password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Sharing or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited

5. Scheduled Posts and Content Publishing

• Administrators can schedule posts to connected accounts on Threads, Instagram, and Facebook
• Scheduled posts are published automatically at the specified time via the respective Meta APIs
• Posts may fail due to API limitations, outages, or account restrictions
• We do not guarantee successful delivery of all scheduled posts
• Users are responsible for the content posted through this service and compliance with platform policies

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use this Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Violate Meta's, Threads', Instagram's, Facebook's, or any other platform's Terms of Service or Platform Policies
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Send spam or unsolicited content across any platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Abuse Meta APIs for unauthorized purposes
• Violate any person's intellectual property or privacy rights

7. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the Service
• We are not responsible for disruptions caused by changes or outages in the Meta APIs (Threads, Instagram, Meta Ads, Facebook)
• Data retrieval delays or gaps may occur due to API limitations or rate limits
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct
• We are not liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by any Meta platform

8. Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本規約は、株式会社PROSTが提供するThreads Insightの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意の上、本サービスを利用するものとします。

第2条（サービス内容）

• Meta Threads APIを利用した投稿データおよびインサイトデータの自動取得
• InstagramおよびFacebookの投稿・インサイト管理
• Meta広告キャンペーンのパフォーマンス分析・管理
• 投稿パフォーマンスの分析・可視化
• ジャンル別・期間別のエンゲージメント分析
• 管理者向けチーム横断分析機能
• 投稿の予約・自動公開機能

第3条（Threads連携）

本サービスはMeta Threads APIを使用します。Threadsアカウントを連携することで、ユーザーがOAuth認証時に許可した範囲でAPIを通じてデータを取得します。連携はいつでも解除できます。

第4条（禁止事項）

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• Meta、Threads、Instagram、Facebook等の利用規約に違反する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
• スパム行為
• 不正なAPI利用
• 第三者の知的財産権またはプライバシー権を侵害する行為

第5条（免責事項）

• 当社はサービスの完全性・正確性・可用性を保証しません
• Meta API（Threads、Instagram、Meta Ads、Facebook等）の仕様変更・停止による影響について当社は責任を負いません
• APIの制限またはレート制限によるデータ取得の遅延・ギャップについて当社は責任を負いません
• 当社の故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、損害賠償責任を負いません
• Meta各プラットフォームによるアカウント制限・停止・バンについて当社は責任を負いません

第6条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、岐阜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
